Photoshop Camera Limited Preview invite-only Beta and UserVoice Feedback Forum

• Collaborated with team stakeholders to launch and manage Adobe Photoshop Camera public Limited Preview Beta Program announced at Adobe Max November 2019 with 14k+ invites.

• Created, executed launch, and owned Photoshop Camera UserVoice Feedback Forum.

• Sent 14k+ email invites to users for access to the Limited Preview app and UserVoice Feedback Forum.

• Onboarded and offboarded beta user accounts.

• Managed feedback and created reports for bi-weekly team meetings to address issues and improve features.

• Created Frequently Asked Questions responses and provided customer support through email, forums, and reviews.

• Managed and maintained Photoshop Camera Help Center.

• Daily forum and Google Play and iOS App Store review engagement and addressed and escalated issues.

My role in supporting the Photoshop Camera Limited Preview was to manage the entire process from inviting the users into the Limited Preview mobile app and invite-only Forum.

I worked closely with the Product, Marketing, QE, Lens Producer, and Legal teams to manage email invites to the mobile app and invite-only Forum.

The goal was to invite as many users as possible who were interested in the Limited Preview to test the app for us to gather feedback for improvements prior to the official launch in June 2020.
