Jefferson County Communities That Care is an active, engaged coalition of community stakeholders working hard to make Jefferson County an even better place for our youth. We would like your help-- and in order to make sure that we are using your time effectively, we offer all new coalition members (or potential members) an orientation to find out about the work that our group has done, is doing, and would like your help with.
