As we know that information is the wealth. For a negotiator the information that they obtained is the greatest weapon where they can negotiate better with that. During a negotiation process its always better give the vital information to our opposite party so that when there is possible chance to make win-win situation it will be beneficial for us. During the role play at our class within Gabriel and Gayathiri, Gabriel was failed to mention that his company was authorized by the government, where there is a lack of information that were given to the opposite party, so Gayathiri had the point to argue with him for not giving the oranges to him. So in any negotiation process don't try to hide the information, sometimes it might be turned into weapon to kill us back.

This the reason why even the negotiation process has the phase 1 for preparation where we have to be prepared with our hot buttons, WATNA and BATNA all to avoid any disturbances or misunderstanding during the process. Preparation is basically a sort of initial plan before doing anything. I will always prepare my study table before going to bed, so that it would be easy for me to attend the class next day. For me it's a sort of preparation before attending any classes. And I also prepare a to-do-list for the next day so that I will try to do listed work on that day.

This shows that we are respecting our opposite party and also an advantage that when we listen effectively we may not misheard any information that we needed. Not only in negotiation process we need in a good listening skills as a student as I need to have a good listening to get what my lectures are trying to say. A good listening skills is always very important in our life.

Acting as per what we said is very important. It helps other to trust us more which leads to build a great relationship. I always like to keep up to with my words, if I were ever said that I will do means, for sure I will try best to complete it.
