A skywalk is already a thoroughfare, an elevated street that carries movement across the city. If a police station is embedded within it, the station is no longer a separate, closed building but becomes part of this elevated flow. It is an extension of movement, visibility, and oversight.

The station can spread like small pods along the skywalk some as checkpoints, others as watch points while a larger anchor space at a main junction can serve as the control hub. The skywalk’s lights, cameras, and boards can connect with these spaces, making surveillance part of the structure itself.

This way, the police station is not a closed-off fortress but an open, visible, and protective extension of the skywalk.
