The Sith Archives are a highly guarded collection of documents, holocrons, and other artifacts detailing the history and philosophies of the Sith Order. This is considered the most dangerous section of the archives. It contains the personal journals of key Sith Lords, like Darth Bane, and detailed accounts of pivotal dark side events. The Jedi Council maintains these records not to learn the dark side, but to understand its nature, tactics, and strategies to better anticipate threats to the galaxy. Access is strictly limited to the most senior and trusted Jedi Masters. 

The Jedi have a long and complex history with prophecy, and not all of it is centered on the light side. Within the Restricted Section are prophecies from a variety of cultures and Force-sensitive beings that foretell the rise of powerful dark side users and periods of great turmoil for the galaxy. These texts are studied with extreme caution, as they can sometimes influence a Jedi's path or lead to a self-fulfilling prophecy. They are kept from the general population of the Temple to ensure that Jedi remain focused on their present duty rather than becoming obsessed with a potentially dangerous future.
