OrthoTrac Redesign

Business Objective

The OrthoTrac product has been an industry leader in orthodontic industry for decades. It was beginning to show it's age and customers demanded an impactful change in user experience of the product as many of its competitors have began to catch up with modern product interfaces and workflows.

My Approach

Discovery:

Interviewed Customers, identified pain points and features that worked well in the product

Gathered feedback and vetted Overview design through a selected group of users

Definition:
- Gathered and analysed data
- Presented and validated the business problem with customers & business stakeholders
Ideation:
- Formed a hypothesis and proposed solution
- Sketched and presented prototypes to customer to gain further understanding and insights
Validate & Test Solution:
- demonstrated high-fidelity prototype with users on sight, at trade shows with industry leaders and non customers.
- gathered qualitative data that drove the design during development
