Provide external client a self service kiosk solution (hardware & software) that allowed patients to check in to appointments and pay any outstanding account balances.

MY Approach

1. work directly with the business analyst to understand the acceptance criteria that needed to be satisfied.
2. visualize the workflow and steps to complete the story
3. map the number of screens needed
4. create visual design UI
5. construct a high fidelity prototype used demonstrate design and functionality to business stakeholders, software engineers, product and sales teams.
