Meeting the various needs of the fellow Iskolar ng Bayan are really challenging nowadays. For this reason, members of any organization should be empowered with new and relevant skills that will help them to fulfill their duties and responsibilities more effectively. On that note, with the Junior Cooperators Association's commitment in developing student leaders, its Committee, the Culture and the Arts Committee launched series of workshops for its members, and fellow student leaders. With the different teams established in the Culture and the Arts Committee, numerous number of workshops are conducted to attend and focus to each talents and/or skills of the members. 'Hidlaw', which means 'yearn', is used as the title of this workshop, as it reflects the hunger of students to develop their skills. Additionally, it aims to trigger the student's initiative to enhance their own skills while helping fellow students to grow with them as well. The said workshop was opened to not just the members of the Committee, but as well as fellow student leaders within the Junior Cooperators Association.
