The Yosemite Valley Railroad had a large fleet of flat cars that they used in logging service. The cars had large back heads to keep the logs from falling out as the cars went up and down the inclines. I was Inspired to build these cars because of Jack Burgess's Ho scale Yosemite valley railroad and because I had no lo cars for my lumber mill. The cars are in three pieces; The body, chassis, and back head. I have a video that will show you how to assemble the cars and how to make the log loads!
