Steps:
1. Used "Excel Application Scope" to read an Excel file with recipient email addresses.
2. Used a "For Each Row" loop to iterate through the list.
3. Used the "Send SMTP Mail Message" or "Send Outlook Mail Message" activity to send emails.

3. Used an "If" condition to check the file extension.
4. Moved files to respective subfolders (e.g., "PDFs", "Images") using "Move File".
