URBAN ASSEMBLY NEW YORK HARBOR SCHOOL

The Urban Assembly New York Harbor School is a maritime-based public high school focusing on Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs. I was able to graduate with my advanced regents diploma which included a CTE endorsement and a community service seal. 

MARINE BIOLOGY RESEARCH PROGRAM

 Marine Biology Research Program (MBRP) member from 2020-2023. In this program, we spent the time going in depth about the things most people don’t see or think of when you hear the term “marine biologist”. We learned about the research that goes into being a marine biologist or a scientist in general. I learned how to do things such as find peer review journal articles and formulate a proper research paper. I was able to earn 6 college credits through the program.
