Rhetorical Situation and Genre

A. In this project, this was my first time reciting my memoir ever. It was great practice for narrating stories which is great practice for future endeavors. I used my enthusiasm to make the story better and the way I prefer it and tell it like I am reliving the experience.

B. For the video memoir I have gotten inspiration from my favorite youtubers who tell story times. I tried using their behavior to help me make the video more entertaining.

Writing as a Process

C. The filming process was hard because I kept messing up and I didn't really do anything like this before. It was hard to memorize the whole thing but I summed it up to my abilities to make it seem that I am not just reading it I wanted it to be as natural as possible.

Grammar usage

D. This memoir helped me with my reciting and talking skills. The grammar I used in the video came off like I was talking to a person rather than just reading it.

E. I can't say I incorporated various languages but I should have because I do use different dialect and languages in my house that would have made the story better.

Reflection

F. I can admit I am not the strongest as reciting but it is something I would like to get better at in case of future projects. I like the feeling of being uncomfortable sometimes and these were one of those times I think I can try something new and fail but try again.

Research.

G. There wasn't much to research I just used my own experiences. However I did rewatch a few youtube videos from youtubers to see how they tell their stories and tried to incorporate that into my project.

h. I would say my language was appropriate for the tone of the story.
