God's authority must reign in every category of a man's life. Men's ministry should work in a way to integrate all of a man's life under the rule and reign of King Jesus.

Building an Effective Men's Ministry Structure
Create on-ramps. Then move men from participation to ownership and multiplication. A good ministry structure/strategy will accommodate this effectively.
Come and Listen (passive participation, low cost, entertainment value, annual/seasonal, visitor oriented)
Come and Learn (active participation, medium cost, relational/educational value, regular/seasonal, participant oriented)
Come and Lead (active participation & preparation, high cost, leadership.
