A visionary, web-accessible metaverse created to uplift underserved Latino communities and beyond, connecting students, professionals, and mentors in a culturally resonant, immersive world. Conectadoverse represents the fusion of technology, equity, and storytelling: an Unreal Engine-powered multiplayer prototype streamed via PixelStream to ensure accessibility and scalability.
As Senior Producer at Tipping Point, I served as Project Manager for both Phase 1 (look development and teaser production) and Phase 2 (prototype build), working closely with Guillermo “G” Diaz and Dr. José Morey to realize the full arc from concept to functional multiplayer deployment.
Deliver a first-of-its-kind educational metaverse experience, built for underserved communities, but expected to run in-browser, support multiplayer voice interaction, carry a powerful cultural brand identity, and evolve into a real business platform.
All within fixed-scope contracts, multiple stakeholder layers, cross-cultural vendor relationships, and fast-moving public launch goals.
It was particularly exciting for me to facilitate the use and secure permission from Jessica Gonzales and her piece "The Path Unpaved." Bringing her artwork from the real world mural into a marque feature in the Conectadoverse.
Production Oversight & Strategic Alignment
Led all phases of production from early creative alignment through close collaboration with Game Development Manager on the technical build, serving as the nexus between client vision, cross-functional teams, and Tipping Point leadership. Delivered both phases on time and on budget.
Workflow & Pipeline Integration
Established a nimble pipeline across Perforce, Git, Unreal Engine, PixelStream, Discord, Jira, and Slack, balancing day-to-day team collaboration with high-level stakeholder comms and reporting.
Creative-Technical Problem Solving
Adapted hybrid waterfall/agile workflows to navigate unclear documentation, evolving feature demands, and fixed contractual deliverables. Helped shield the project from internal risks while keeping it moving forward.
Cross-Cultural Team Coordination
Unified teams across the U.S., Europe and Colombia, managing silos, language gaps, and competing dev timelines. Brought in bilingual QA testers and aligned dual build paths when challenges threatened delivery.
Vision Realization & UX Facilitation
Worked closely with the Game Development Manager and stakeholders to shape the user experience, from avatar customization to digital backpack UX to real-time video interaction portals, all mapped to Conectado’s core message.
Marketing & Brand Integration
Helped transform our Phase 1 Build Book into a working brand style guide. Supplied promotional assets, media clips, and a microsite to support Conectado’s public debut at the L’ATTITUDE Conference.

Conectadoverse launched as a successful prototype, tested in live bootcamps and used to excite funders, educators, and technologists around a mission-driven virtual world. It stood as proof-of-concept for delivering culturally grounded, browser-accessible 3D multiplayer experiences, advancing Conectado’s long-term mission to close opportunity gaps through innovation.
This was more than a project—it was a test of my endurance, integrity, and heart. I became the bridge between vision and execution, holding the weight of contradictions, setbacks, and dreams. And I’d do it again.
