As a math coach and member of the school leadership team, I support both instructional excellence and the day-to-day operations of the school. My role extends beyond coaching to include data-driven decision-making, teacher development, school safety, and student support. Observe instruction and provide timely, actionable feedback
Support teachers with classroom management strategies that maximize instructional time

Gather, analyze, and interpret multiple data sources to identify trends and instructional needs
