I’m Jasmine Easterlin, an instructional math coach with a master’s degree in Instructional Technology and Education Administration. I’m a wife and mom to two very busy boys who love baseball, and in my spare time, you can usually find me reading or cheering from the baseball field. While my heart has always been in math, I am passionate about creating resources that support teachers and benefit students, and I’m highly motivated to transition into school leadership in the near future. I intentionally place myself in learning-focused environments that allow me to grow, reflect, and lead with purpose.
My academic preparation, combined with leadership experience during my administrative internship, service as a third-grade team leader, and my current role as an instructional coach, has strengthened my ability to support instructional improvement and lead professional learning. I bring strong communication skills, a collaborative leadership style, and a commitment to building positive relationships with staff, families, and community stakeholders.
Through my work in instructional coaching, educational leadership, and professional learning, I am dedicated to helping teachers everywhere improve practice, engage students, and achieve meaningful outcomes. I focus on building capacity in teachers and teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and driving lasting results in schools.
