I believe great leadership starts with service—listening closely, asking the right questions, and partnering with educators to strengthen instruction and improve outcomes for all learners.

Through collaborative coaching, data-informed decision-making, and intentional professional learning, I support teachers in refining their practice while keeping student thinking at the center of every decision. I am especially passionate about creating clarity around rigorous instruction, fostering collective efficacy, and helping schools move from good intentions to meaningful impact.
