This section highlights my curriculum development work across multiple levels of instructional design. It includes two fully developed courses that demonstrate end-to-end curriculum planning, as well as smaller instructional artifacts with supporting syllabi that illustrate lesson-level alignment. Together, these examples show how I design learning experiences with clear objectives, intentional sequencing, and measurable learning outcomes.
Rationale: This curriculum was designed using a needs-based approach to address performance gaps identified through pre-assessment interviews and self-report data. Communicative Language Teaching and Task-Based Language Teaching were selected to emphasize authentic, high-stakes communication aligned with real-world interview performance. Assessment methods prioritize observable behaviors and applied skills rather than knowledge recall, ensuring alignment with workforce-readiness outcomes.

Design Focus: Curriculum development, scaffolding professional communication skills, and learner-centered instruction.
This curriculum was designed to help intermediate ESL learners bridge the gap between grammatical knowledge and practical communication. It provides a structured, web-based learning experience with self-paced modules, interactive exercises, and immediate feedback to reinforce correct grammar use in real-world contexts. The course integrates realistic conversational scenarios and guided practice to build learners’ confidence and fluency, complementing the in-person Conversational English program at Bluedata International Institute.
Design Focus: Curriculum development, practical grammar application, and building communicative confidence.
Rationale: This curriculum project supports high school ESL learners in developing English skills through collaborative scriptwriting and podcast creation. Students engage in iterative writing, speaking, and listening activities, sharing their work digitally for peer feedback and reflection. The project demonstrates strategies for integrating project-based learning, collaboration, and digital literacy into language instruction.

Design Focus: Scaffolding, collaborative learning, and purposeful use of digital storytelling tools.
Rationale: This curriculum project was created to help students develop descriptive writing and storytelling skills through an interactive, mobile-friendly virtual tour. It encourages observation, reflection, and creativity, showing how scaffolded digital experiences can enhance learning and connect curriculum to real-world contexts.
