Wow! I can not believe it's already time to wrap things up for the year. And what a crazy end of the school year it has been!
A big focus during this this time has been learning how to handle stress and calm ourselves down when we are feeling overwhelmed. I thought it would be fun to create some mindfulness calming jars. Here is a link to how they are made.
