• Translate technical updates into structured summaries, action items, and cross-functional alignment materials.

• Track commissioning readiness, identify blockers, and support daily and weekly execution cadence.

• Implement project management structures to improve workflow consistency, communication, and execution across BWXT and Kairos teams.
