Pitch

My final campaign is based on college Recreation Center’s and just how important they are when it comes to a persons mental and physical well-being. I chose this because being in college and balancing all of the hardcore academics has been extremely draining for me. At the beginning of the semester I was so overwhelmed with all of the school work I had that I set aside working out or doing any physical activity which ultimately left me worse off. When I realized this, I began going to the Recreation Center nearly everyday, even if it was just for 20 minutes. That little bit of time I dedicated to taking a break from school work and doing something beneficial for my health made a complete difference in my overall happiness, and mental health. Yes, everyone has priorities in college when it comes to homework, studying, testing, meetings and all of that. But letting that consume each moment of your day to day life will quite literally break you, you need to dedicate time for yourself and your mental health. For me, this is the Recreation Center and exercise.

For my final campaign, I am building my site based on the concept of mental health and encouraging college students to dedicate time each day for their own well being.
