Yes: That's me as a happy, bouncy baby boy. I like this picture of me because throughout my life I've used that expression on my face as a guiding star. Whenever I'd come across something that makes me that happy, I would say, "I'm going to do that!". It's how I ended up pursuing band, robotics, sword fighting, my fiancé - you name it! The second most important pursuit (of course my fiancé is the first) that my happy face has led me to is now my profession.
I couldn't give you a true date as to when I first began pursuing entertainment. As a very young child I was in the occasional goofy short my dad would make with one of those over-the-shoulder VCR cameras - I was also in a play or two at the church we would go to at that time. Throughout school, given the choice, I would always make videos for projects, and I was in my first real play in my freshman year of High School. From there one thing led to another, and after the next three years of doing plays, making shorts, and working hard, I was accepted into the WMU theatre program for the Fall of 2015.
Flash-forward to now, where I have found my true calling as a Showrunner thanks to the creation and inspiration that Baked With Good Intentions (elaborated more on in the Director/Producer tab) gave me. I also would not have the skills I have now without all the diverse knowledge and opportunities that past projects (and those running them) have given me. If I could have one dream, it would be to be a Showrunner and occasional day player on a television series. However, I'm comforted in knowing that, even if it isn't on the scale I would prefer, this dream can be mine anytime through my work ethic and through the wonderful talent and dedication of my friends.
So, in short, if you happen to be reading this because you're considering hiring me, know that you will be hiring someone who knows how to work, how to find patience and happiness in places where they may appear limited, and how to be a Jack of all Trades.
