This experimental short film was created for a school project and was born from my curiosity about how a single blink might reveal countless possible realities at once. Inspired by I Saw the TV Glow (2024) and its exploration of alternate realities, I set out to create a piece that blends dreamlike imagery with grounded human experience. My goal was not only to tell a story but also to challenge myself technically. This project pushed my skills in compositing, experimenting with 3D environment building, and learning how to seamlessly merge rendered visuals with live-action footage. This project reflects my passion for exploring new techniques, my dedication to cinematic storytelling, and my excitement about using film as a way to blur the line between imagination and reality.
I used many different filmmaking and post-production techniques to complete this project. I love to work on composition and become a master at creating mattes, matching lighting, and manipulating footage to achieve a photo-real image.
