① Payment of Annual Membership Fee
Please note that presenters with unpaid annual membership fees (up to the current fiscal year) will not be allowed to present.

② Conference Registration, Title Submission, and Manuscript Submission
Presenters are required to complete both Conference Registration and Title Submission for Oral Presentation, and then submit their manuscripts for the Book of Abstracts.
For joint presentations, all presenters (including co-presenters) must complete their Conference Registration first.
After all co-presenters have registered, the first author (main presenter) should submit the title and manuscript on behalf of the group.
When submitting the manuscript, please enter the registration number (ticket number) displayed on the Peatix confirmation screen (marked “#” in the upper right corner) after payment.
Please make sure to complete Conference Registration and Title Submission through Peatix in advance and record your ticket number.
Important Notes on Application Procedures
Presenters with unpaid membership fees up to FY2025 cannot make presentations.
Please complete all applications and payments (Conference Registration, Title Submission, and Reception) via Peatix.
A QR code for access will also be provided at the bottom of this page.
Please note that different Peatix pages are used for the following:
A: (1) Conference Registration and (2) Title Submission for Oral Presentation
B: (3) Reception Registration
Peatix accepts credit card, convenience store, and ATM payments.
Please use the receipt data issued by Peatix as your payment record.
After completing Conference Registration and Title Submission, please submit your manuscript through the Google Form linked on Peatix or on the conference website by the specified deadline.

Conference Registration and Title Submission for Oral Presentation are handled through Peatix.
Conference Registration and Title Submission period:
November 1, 2025 (Sat) – January 17, 2026 (Sat)
※After this period, on-site registration fees will apply.On-site payment is also accepted through Peatix.Registration for the Reception is also handled through Peatix. We warmly invite you to join the Reception.
Advance Registration period:
November 1, 2025 (Sat) – March 7, 2026 (Sat) 23:59
Submission of manuscripts for the Book of Abstracts:
Deadline: January 24, 2026 (Sat)
The ticket number displayed upon completing payment (marked “#” in the upper right corner) is required when submitting your manuscript.
For joint presentations, the first author should submit the manuscript. The first author must confirm that all co-presenters have completed their Conference Registration and payment, and enter all presenters’ ticket numbers in the designated field of the Google Form.

Submission format: A4 portrait, 1 page, PDF format (do not submit as .docx).
The submitted manuscript will be considered the final version; no proofreading will be performed.
