Participation fees differ between the early registration period (Saturday, November 1, 2025 – Saturday, March 7, 2025) and the period thereafter.

Conference Registration is handled through Peatix.

November 1, 2025 (Sat) – March 7, 2026 (Sat) 23:59

※After this period, on-site registration fees will apply.On-site payment is also accepted through Peatix.

For the Reception

Registration for the Reception is also handled through Peatix. We warmly invite you to join the Reception.
