Lungs by Duncan Macmillan follows how M and W's relationship changes around their decision to bring a baby into the world. While their communication was driving the couple apart, so was the environment and the constant need to be 'good'. Izabella Wolfe focused on bringing the audience into M and W's relationship's collective mind. This production came with multiple challenges, as the playwright does not allow a physical set, applied setting, or props. Izabella designed the set, lighting, and costumes.
