Resident Art Group Grant Panel Presentation

Saturday, August 1st (11 AM @ the Irving Arts Center) - BEFORE our first Shrek rehearsal. We have the opportunity to share reasons that the Arts Board should fund the Entertainment Series of Irving's grant proposal - which includes funding for their Educational Outreach - Irving Youth Theatre.

A Night to Remember - Performance and Promotion

Thursday, October 15th  (Tent. 6-9 PM @ the Irving Arts Center) - Showcase Irving Youth Theatre during "A Night to Remember" promoting the Arts Center and the various groups who perform there (including IYT!)

AN INVITATION

We are excited to invite you to participate in A Night to Remember, a new collaborative season-opening celebration at the Irving Arts Center on Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 6:00–9:00 PM.

This event is designed to showcase the incredible breadth of talent, creativity, and community represented by our resident organizations while launching the 2026–2027 season in a unified and exciting way.

The evening will include:

• A shared opening showcase featuring short preview performances

• Facility-wide activations and performances throughout the Arts Center

• Opportunities for audience engagement, donor cultivation, and season promotion

• A collaborative closing celebration

We are asking each resident organization to:

• Present a featured performance, excerpt, demonstration, or activation

• Designate one point person for planning coordination

• Submit technical needs by August 15, 2026 (IYT Point Person will handle this)

• Participate in at least one planning meeting

• Assist in promoting the event through your channels 

Our goal is to create a signature annual event that highlights the full spectrum of artistic excellence that makes Irving Arts Center such a vital cultural destination.

We hope you will join us in making this inaugural event a success.

Please confirm your participation by July 31, 2026. (IYT Point Person will handle this)
