This program is designed to divide the curriculum into two comprehensive sections that focus on multimedia and community advocacy. It will be taught in two different modules. The first is the lecture module. In this module students will receive information in the form of either audio/visual or instructor lead discussion. The second module is practical. Students will have assignments that will require them to apply the objectives taught in the lecture module. This dual module form of teaching benefits both students who learn hands on as well as students who learn verbally. This also breaks the monotony of traditional classroom lectures. This will help students in the program develop their communication skills as well as exercise their creative abilities.
