Marketing & Communications – assistance request process
April 17, 2023, marked our official shift to a new online assistance request/project management system (Workzone). We no longer use the Ivy Indy Proud Portal or our team’s email account to request assistance from Marketing and Communications. Initially, a number of users across each school/program/department were identified and invited to training in the spring. We recently added more users to our annual subscription, so let us know if you need to be able to directly request assistance, and we can easily add you as a user.

What is Workzone?
It is an online system that allows designated users from each school/program/department to easily submit their requests for assistance. There are a variety of custom request forms that were created based on the requests that we receive most often. Please see the below screenshot. We can quickly update these forms and/or add new ones as additional needs are identified. So, please let us know what you need!
How do I submit a request for assistance?
If you would like to submit an assistance request, please reach out to the designated user from your area. The list of current users is below.
