Ivy Tech's new statewide strategic plan went official on July 1, 2026. Part of the resources provided for the new plan are email signature update instructions that can be found at the link below. There are several variations to choose from. Please let us know if you have any questions or issues updating yours.

We are pleased to announce our new approved email signature for Ivy Tech faculty and staff, including an option for the new strategic plan launching July 1, 2026. Please follow the steps below to add the new signature to your emails. To maintain brand consistency, we ask that you not add any additional fonts, colors, or graphics. As a reminder, the Ivy Tech employee handbook includes information about what should and what should not be included in email signature blocks.

What is Canva?

Canva is an online graphic design tool used to create social media images/videos, presentations, posters, flyers, and more.

It's an easy way to be able to produce marketing pieces that align with Ivy Tech brand guidelines. Ivy Tech colors, fonts, logos, etc. are loaded in the account and ready to be incorporated into projects. 

Who has/can have access?

• We have a Canva Pro account that is maintained and paid for by our team. 

• Staff/faculty whose role involves marketing/events-related responsibilities are welcome to become approved users by reaching out to Indianapolis-Marketing@ivytech.edu. Once approved, we will provide you with login information.

Important Note: 

We want to empower staff and faculty to be able to create marketing materials for their own school/program/department; however, we do need for them to send their designs through to our team (via a Workzone submission) for a quick review/editing process BEFORE using/distributing them.
