I was born in Naples (Italy), the most beautiful city you have even seen ;).
Someone told me that we (the Neapolitans) live in a proper ecosystem which has completely different rules with respect to other European cities. I believe this is right. You can never understand Naples without living in the city for some months. Nevertheless, once you live there some month then you will never go away. Something that characterizes all people born in Naples is the strong link with their homeland. This is something that I will bring with me whenever I will go, and you can see it looking at my way to talk and to do things. Probably, you say this is not the proper way to speak English or Spanish, you are right, but after all I come from Naples, the city of pizza and mozzarella (if you eat pizza and mozzarella somewhere around the world I am sorry to say you that you eat something else.... just trust me.... visit Naples and then tell me if I am wrong about that), the city of the sun and sea. Anyway, I studied both the Degree and Master at Università degli Studi di Napoli "Federico II'' and, I knew my wife on my first day at courses. This certainly was the most important event happened in these years.
Then, I started my scientific career as a PhD student at Universidad de Salamanca (Salamanca, Spain).
After having spent four years there I moved to Universidad del Pais Vasco (Bilbao, Spain) to work as a postdoc with Dr. Ruth Lazkoz.
Then, I moved to Donostia International Physics Center (Donostia - San Sebastian, Spain) to work on Dark Matter with Prof. Tom Broadhurst.
Afterwards I moved to Università degli Studi di Torino (Torino - Italy) to continue investigating the fundamental nature of Dark Matter with Prof. Antonaldo Diaferio.
In September 2020, I started a Juan de la Cierva - Incorporación fellowship at Universidad de Salamanca. Back to the origins to investigate the fundamental nature of dark matter and dark energy.
