Traveler Hub on the Inspiring Vacations website is a comprehensive online portal designed to help customers manage their travel bookings and access essential information. Upon creating a booking, customers are prompted to set up an online account, granting them access to the Traveler Hub.
Once a booking has been made, the account owner will be able to manage and view the following:

How to find the Standard Itinerary for the booking?
1. Log into your Inspiring Vacations account.
2. Click Account followed by My Bookings
3. Select Manage against the associated booking
4. Where you see your tour name, please click on this, and you will be directed to the package you have purchased. On this page, you can download a draft itinerary.
MANAGE PROFILE
Update Personal Information β Name, contact details, and travel preferences.
Passport & Visa Details β Securely store travel document info.
Emergency Contact Information β Add or update emergency contacts.
Communication Preferences β Select how you receive updates (email, SMS, etc.).
Update Your Password - Change of Password

RESET PASSWORD PROCESS Β (Updated as of July 18, 2025)
Currently, the password reset link reset password link will not bring up the password reset page.
To reset their passwords, users should now follow these steps:
For users able to log in:
Access their TH account, navigate to "Manage Profile," and follow the instructions there to reset their password.
For users unable to log in:Β
Enter their email address.
Select "Forgot your Password."Β Β

Customers now have an access to the detail of their itinerary after booking, before final docs are ready.
After clicking 'Manage' in Traveller Hub, the name of the tour (which has always been a link to the deal page on our website), will now be in Purple and Underlined.
If customers are looking for their trip information, they can use this to see their full itinerary, and the useful Fine Print section that has lots of useful information about their trip.Β They can also of course download PDF copies of the draft itinerary from here too.
NOTE:
If a deal is no longer on sale, the customer may get taken to a page that says 'no longer on sale' much like we do when clicking through from Perseus.Β The content of the tour will still be there, but if questioned, we would just need to explain that the tour has been superseded by a new website page, but the page they are sent to is the version they booked.Β Β
