On the Inspiring Vacations website, the "Select" button is your gateway to securing your desired travel package.
Here's what you can expect when you click this button:
PURCHASE PATH
The Purchase Path is divided into 3 sections - Trip Details, Payment and Passenger Details
TRIP DETAILS
Customer must select the following:
Departure Date
Departure City
Number of Passengers
Room Preference
Additional Nights Accommodation
Upgrade Options
Customers will also be asked the following questions:
Would you like us to contact you around our flight service?
Travelling with another group?
Would you like us to contact you around obtaining travel insurance?
Once everything is filled up, the customers can view the next page by clicking on the Review Price Button.
If the customer have any special requests such as dietary restrictions, use of wheelchair or CPAP machine, may provide this on the Special Request section.
PAYMENT PAGE
Complete your booking by providing payment details through a secure checkout process.
You will also determine at this stage what package type the customer selected either: Pay-in-full (for Red Hot Deals) or Installment.
Note: If customer chose an Installment package and they wish to pay it in full, they will receive a further discount and this is only applicable until certain days mostly maximum of 2 weeks from the booking creation date.
This section also provides a detailed breakdown of the tour prices and any add-ons included.
The customer can complete the purchase by clicking on the Pay Deposit button.
PASSENGER DETAILS
Once payment is completed, customers are directed to the Passenger Details page, where they must provide essential personal information for their booking.
