Get to know more about pay-in-full payment options
In general customers will be offered a Pay in Full discount on the invoice until a set number of days (as specified by the PIF available days on the product) from the booking date.
Exceptions to this will be:
Product does not have a pay in full discount set up
Booking was done close to the travel date and as such instalments weren’t offered at the time of booking i.e. where the First instalment due date on the invoice is null
Customer has already paid the first installment
On the invoice, Customer may see two payment options - Pay in Installments or Pay in Full.
They will have to select the Pay in Full option and pay on or before the payment date stated on the invoice.
When they do, it will reduce the amount outstanding by Pay in full discount multiplied by the number of pax on the booking.
It will also add a “Pay in full discount” line item to the invoice.
It will also revise the payment schedule on top to just have one final payment amount. As the pay in full option is only available until booking date + PIF available days, this date will become the due date for the final payment.
Notice the text highlighted in red below. It conveys to the customer that just by opting for the pay in full discount option on the invoice does not mean that they get it, they will need to pay the invoice before a certain date to get it.
Until they have paid the invoice with the Pay in full discount option chosen, the user could unselect the pay in full discount option and the invoice goes back to its initial state with the installment pricing.
Notes:
For Pay in full only products, deposit will be due today and the final payment will show as being due in 2 days and it will have to be paid through the invoice.
We won’t be charging credit card transaction fees on deposits paid by credit card.
PIF DISCOUNT | CANADIAN (CA) STORE ONLY
update as of 06/05/25
Right now, customers using the PIF discount price can't pay with their credit cards. This is because the Canadian store still uses Braintree while the US, AU, and NZ stores are on Mint.
So, for now, if a Canadian customer wants to take advantage of the PIF discount, they need to pay via direct deposit. (Only the deposit is able to be paid on CCard).
PIF OVERDUE PAYMENTS
update as of 30/05/25

Payment Overdue (after 7 days): A task is created for Manila CS to chase the customer.
Customer Contact: Manila CS contacts the customer to request payment.
Booking Cancellation: If payment isn't received after 7 days of CS MNL task, Melbourne CS will manually cancel the booking.
