This page will guide you how to use Remarks, Special Requests or Additional Arrangements field in Perseus.

The "Remark" field is for internal notes only. It does not appear on any reports or HubSpot or requests to suppliers.
Allotment Bookings:
To ensure information is reflected on the naming list (sent to suppliers), please use the "Special Requests" or "Additional Arrangements" fields.
Please keep requests in these fields succinct and concise.
Third-Party and Combination Bookings
Any requests added to the "Special Requests" or "Additional Arrangements" fields for third-party or combination bookings must be made at the time of booking.
Adding requests after booking to these fields will not trigger communication with the supplier.
