This tab is important when taking sales calls and TGTS events in case customers will ask for flight prices prior making a booking. This will allow us to search for flights directly through Perseus to answer any questions customers have about flight pricing before booking a tour.
Note: This feature is only applicable for Sales and TGTS enquiries. Other flight concerns, still follow the process.
You can search flights by providing the departure and arrival destinations, date, number of passengers and preferred cabin class.
Once you click on "Search" you will see all the results, sorted initially by the ones so you can then let the clients know roughly how much it will cost to go on their tour.
Click on "Expand" to see the full details of the flights. The price indicated is the total price for the number of passengers.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
A couple notes on the functionality:
You will manually need to add the return leg, but it can be from any airport, it doesn't have to be the same as the departing leg.
If you search for more than 1 adult, the flight pricing will be the total price, not per person price.
If your customer is booking for more than 1 person, it is not recommended searching only 1 person to "make the maths easier" because flight pricing could be different depending on the number of passengers.
