• Draft: The document has not yet been uploaded and the initial stage of documents.

• Sent: Final docs has been sent to the customer and is already available in their Traveler Hub.

• Under Review: The document is being reviewed by the relevant department (e.g., Finance, Operations).

• Approved : The document has been verified and is considered final.

• Cancelled: The document is voided due to a booking cancellation or amendment. 

Last Sent: When was the final docs has been edited.

Edit Voucher: To finalize the final docs of the booking.

View Voucher: To view the standard itinerary of the booking. Days will be specific on the date the customer booked the package.
