HOW TO SEARCH A BOOKING
You may search for a booking using a variety of data. It can be the:
Order ID
Booking Number
Guest Name
Email Address and etc.
This helps the staff to quickly identify a booking when on the phone, live chat, or handling tickets.
Important information is already provided on the search result without even opening the booking. It contains the Order ID, Booking Number, Name of the Tour, Destination, Departure date, Number of Passengers, Name of the Lead Passenger, Store used to make the booking, Sales Amount, Tour Status, Payment Method, and when the booking was created.
