Each user is able to configure their notification settings in Hubspot and must align on the standard CS MNL setup.

HOW TO SET UP
1. Click Settings (cog wheel)
2. Go to Notifications > Email & Desktop
3. Select how you’d prefer to be notified of HubSpot activity
Email notifications should ONLY be enabled with a check for the following: (This will ensure email notification to you when tagged in a comment)
Chat and email conversations > Internal comment mentions
Comments > Comments you're mentioned in
Deals > You're mentioned on a deal record
Tasks > You're mentioned on a task record
Tickets > You're mentioned on a ticket record

Please ensure as a priority you are getting email notifications only for the above, as that is how they CS manage being tagged back in something.
