The new Addon Functionality in HubSpot has been turned on which will allow us to chase customers to book Optional Tours & Inspiring Sites, along with triggering emails to chase extra information we may need for Optional Tours.

Automated emails to customers where they must provide additional information to confirm the optional tour (Kimono and Horizontal falls)
Optional Tours & Inspiring Sites - Email will trigger 90 days prior to departure to remind clients to book their tours (If there are none already booked by the customer)
Kimono Fitting - Email will trigger upon booking this tour to chase Height and T-shirt size
Horizontal Falls - Email will trigger upon booking this tour to chase weights.
Raise a task to the operations team when an upgrade has been booked post purchase
Agents will have a slight variation in email.

KIMONO FITTING
When agents add a cruise upgrade, rail upgrade or service, a task will be triggered to MNL OPS/Cruise specialist to review the add-on and ensure it gets booked with the suppliers. This will only trigger when the booking is in Awaiting supplier confirmation or when the package has been confirmed.
For any future tickets, calls, or chats related to these requirements, MNL CS will be adding this information to the "Additional Arrangements" field in Perseus.
There are instances as well, wherein the customers will be adding this by calling CS. In these cases, we will capture the details at the onset of the call and inform the customer that they can disregard the automated email they will receive regarding kimono fitting (only when they provide the necessary details).
