In HubSpot, is where sales teams track and manage potential revenue opportunities. It’s tracked through pipeline stages until won or lost. The deals endpoints allow you to manage this data and sync it between HubSpot and other systems.
Deals, along with companies, contacts, tickets, line items, products, and quotes, are objects in the HubSpot CRM.
In HubSpot, there are a few different ways to look for a deal. The simplest method is to use Perseus to obtain the Booking ID or Order ID.
Order ID - is a 5-6 digit number in Perseus.
Booking ID - is a 7 digit number in Perseus.
In HubSpot, enter the Order or Booking ID into the UNIVERSAL SEARCH BAR on the top right-hand side.
Either you enter an Order ID or Booking ID, the pop up will be: (Booking ID) and the NAME of the deal.
A deal will pop up based on the booking ID or the deal name you type in the search bar.
If you click the Deal, you will arrive at this view.
Left-hand side: All details of the deal such as: Amount, Close Date, Stage( or status), Pipeline.
About the Deal: Deal owner, Deal Description, Deal name, Order ID, Booking ID, Store, Supplier Reference, Pre departure Complete, Pre Departure Escalation and Docs status.
Booking Details: Agent, Destination, Departure Date, Post Tour Contact, Number of pax, Package Type, Room preference, Supplier name and Tour length.
Middle: All previous and recent correspondence such as notes, emails, calls, tasks, meetings and activities are displayed here.
Right-hand side: Details such as: Contact, Tickets, Attachments, Booking, Passenger’s details, Finance, Ops, Ops Files and Supplier Terms.
This is where you manage customer the customer bookings, track communications and status of the booking/deal. This page provides multiple views, including a list of tickets, detailed booking information, and a pipeline-style board.

To enhance efficiency and ensure all staff have the necessary information, we have revised the details shown on the left-hand panel for Deal and also updated the 'Overview' panel with crucial information.
This change will affect all teams except sales (prospecting PL), Events, and Product. We have now divided the sections into smaller categories to provide clearer insights into the information's purpose.
