In the Aircall app, the Keypad tab is your primary interface for initiating outbound calls and messages.
Here's what you can find and do within this tab:
DIAL PAD
A traditional numeric keypad allows you to manually enter phone numbers for outgoing calls.
SEARCH BAR
Located at the top, this feature lets you search for existing contacts by name or number, streamlining the process of finding and connecting with clients or colleagues.
MESSAGING ICON
After selecting or entering a contact's number, you can tap the messaging icon to initiate an SMS or MMS conversation directly from the Keypad tab.
Note: Messaging button is not applicable
CALL HISTORY FEATURES
Quickly view your recent calls, allowing for easy redialing or follow-ups as needed.
Note: These features are designed to enhance your communication efficiency, providing quick access to essential functions within the app.
