CALLER INFORMATION & NOTIFICATION
Pop-Up Alert: A notification appears on your screen, even if the app is minimized or running in the background, ensuring you're promptly informed of incoming calls.
Caller ID: Displays the caller's name and phone number, if available.
IVR Details: If the call is routed through an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, the specific branch selected by the caller is shown.
ACTION BUTTONS
Accept Call: A green button to answer the call.
Decline Call: A red button to reject the call.
Message Icon: Allows you to open the related conversation and view contact information before answering.
CALLER INSIGHT
