Approximately 100 days before a customer's departure date (for bookings made through the India store), a task will automatically be created in HubSpot and assigned to the Melbourne Ops Esc queue to create the visa letter.
What should CS do if they receive a request for the India visa letter?
If the MNL CS team receive any requests for these letters, please let the customers know that they can expect the letters around the 95 day mark and they should get an automated email advising them they can access this through Traveller Hub.
