Essential Japan Travel, a destination management company (DMC) based in Tokyo, is one of the suppliers for Tailor-Made Japan bookings. Please see below the process that we follow for this particular supplier.
OVERVIEW
Essential Japan Travel (EJT) uses their own platform for communicating with its clients and passengers.
Access to their platform will be provided by Liz Brennan.
HOW TO ACCESS THE BOOKING VIA THE EJT BOOKING PLATFORM
Log in to https://booking-ejt.com/
2. Once logged in, scroll down to locate the booking.
3. Once booking is located, click on PNR Link to view the booking.
3. You’ll be taken to the Quotation page, where you can find all the key details of the booking. This page also lets you track the status of each part of the booking.
SUPPLIER COMMUNICATIONS
Since EJT has their own platform, all communications with this supplier will be via their site.
To communicate with EJT, follow the above steps and once you are in the quotation page, scroll down to reach the Comment section.
2. EJT is quick to respond. When they leave a comment, a HubSpot ticket is automatically created to notify the agent. Please reply directly on the EJT platform, not in the HubSpot ticket.
3. After commenting, copy and paste message on the EJT ticket by creating a note. Be sure to associate the note to the Deal Page.
FINAL DOCUMENTS
Instead of providing the Inspiring Vacations Final Itinerary, please create a copy of the MASTER Essential Japan Travel Docs and upload it on the Traveler Hub. This document will provide a link to the final documents from EJT.
