1. The customer can alter the package.
2. You must cancel the booking and make a new one, please do not amend the existing booking.
3. If there are funds on the current booking, please issue a credit (via raising a task to finance team) and redeem it on the new booking.
4. If the package is 3rd party / combination, Ops need to know, if cancelled correctly, this will all be automated.
