When contacting a supplier overseas, thought needs to be given to whether the issue is urgent (requires 24/7 response) or general (can wait until next business day for a reply).
Often suppliers 24/7 phone lines are monitored through the night, and being disturbed for a general question about a bedding configuration, is not ok, this could have been addressed during business hours.
Please consider the local time in destination, and use the appropriate form of contact.
1. Refer to Supplier Tab in Perseus for Supplier NAME
2. From Hubspot Menu choose Companies
3. Search the Supplier Name and Select
4. If the issue is URGENT, on the RHS, select the Emergency Contact
(This contact will have Emergency Contact number and email address (if there is a specific emergency email address) . If the email address is not listed refer to the Company page Contacts on RHS and email all contacts listed.
5. If the issue is general and can wait until next business day for a reply, please do not use the emergency email / number.
