HOW TO IDENTIFY IN PERSEUS
Search for the booking in Perseus.
2. On the Edit Order Page, click on the Operations Tab.
3. Under Bookings Components, you can see if what components are part of the package and if it has been booked.
You can also see components that are booked by checking:
Bookings Tab > Below add-ons field. Flights has been booked by either flights specialist or the customer via flight portal.
Operations Tab > Operations Activities. Confirmation of Cruise, Rails and other arrangements being handled by Ops team.
HOW TO IDENTIFY IN HUBSPOT
On the Deal Page, click on Notes.
2. Under Notes, look for the notation left by the Flights Team or Ops Team.
Kindly also look the associated tickets on the Deal page to validate and identify if components are booked or we are still waiting for the confirmation.
