NAME CHANGE: Fees

There is no IV fee for name change for any flight scenario and the departure date is more than 120 days prior to departure.

For bookings (any flight scenario) 71 to 119 days prior to departure, there will be a  $75 pp IV fee. 

Check with OPS and/or Flights Team to determine the  Supplier fee and/or Airline Cancellation Fee and new full fare for ticket.
