If you notice any website errors, please raise a task to OPS Manila Team.
PROCESS
1. IDENTIFY THE ERROR
Determine the specific issue that needs to be addressed.
2. ACCESS THE DEALS PAGE
Navigate to the relevant Deal Page in HubSpot.
3. CREATE A TASK
Under the "Tasks" section, click Create Task.
4. PROVIDE CLEAR ERROR DETAILS
Fill out the necessary information, ensuring the error description is as clear and detailed as possible.
Once all required fields are completed, click Create.
5. ESCALATION TO PRODUCTS TEAM
The Operations Team will review the task and escalate it to the Products Team for resolution.
